If you’re about to host an event such as a business opening launch, a new product unveiling or 10 year business anniversary party, then you will need to consider how to get people to your event and how the event décor incorporates your business message.
Signs and leaflets
Promoting your event is the main way to drum up interest and get people attending. Social media posts are the modern way to do this but promotional leaflets work very well if you want to target your local area. Your leaflet can contain the event date and time details as well as any images you wish to display. You’ll be advertising your business by having your logo printed vibrantly onto it using full-colour printing.
Wherever your business event is being held, promotional banners and feather flags will help guide people to the event and display your business logo on the outside of the building for attendees and passers-by to see. You never know, if an onlooker sees your business logo, they may look you up and consider you for future business.
Internal Décor
The internal décor of your venue will also need some branded merchandise to promote your business further. A great place to start here is with promotional balloons. With foil and latex material as options as well as a variety of sizes and shapes, you really can make them bespoke to your event needs. The balloons can carry a message, discount or other offer and your attendees can take the balloons home to create further brand awareness. Adorning your venue with colourful branded balloons will make for a vibrant event people won’t forget in a hurry.
A goody table
Have one display table full of small promotional items at your party for people to take away. Items such as branded sweets and small products like keyrings and pens are always favoured and items are taken away eagerly. Giveaway the items in a promotional laminated gift bag to add extra advertising for your company and the event. The bags are made from a coated paper and have a smooth structure that has either a matte or gloss finish. The coating is ideal for emphasising the colour of the print and capturing every detail of your business logo.
